The Eskimos held their final practice before Saturday’s Labour Day Rematch against the Calgary Stampeders on The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium. The Eskimos fell 45-24 on Labour Day turning the ball over three times including two interceptions thrown by Mike Reilly, one in the end zone.
Reilly has thrown three interceptions in the end zone this season, head coach Jason Maas says it’s a concern to him.
The Eskimos have a turnover ratio of minus-three this season.
Good news on the injury front as Ryan King handled all of the long snapping duties in practice today. King should be in the lineup on Saturday after missing the last six games with a shoulder injury.
New defenisve end Philip Hunt practiced full out today for the first time since signing with the Eskimos on Tuesday. He took his share of first team reps and could very well play on Saturday.
The Labour Day Rematch from The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium will kick-off at 5pm. 630 CHED will have the pre-game show at 3:30pm.
