A 17 year old Wetaskiwin man has been killed in a two vehicle crash in an industrial area north of Sherwood Park around 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
He was a passenger in a sedan hit broadside by a loaded tandem dump truck on Liberty Road. RCMP said the driver of the car a 21 year old Beaumont man and the dump truck driver are in hospital with serious injuries.
Corporal Wally Henry also said investigators don't believe alcohol or speed played a part in the collision. They do believe the sedan entered the intersection when it was unsafe to do so.
