He's served his time, but RCMP are warning about a high risk offender being released into an Alberta community.
Police say Serge Tshiya Tshiyoyo was in jail for 5 and half years for violent offenses such as kidnapping, assault, and sexual assault.

The 27 year old will be living in Hinton.
Police are not encouraging any vigilante action, but they say to take precautionary measures, adult women especially. (kdr, tk, twd)
