The EPS thinks another assault of a bike rider near the south river valley area, could be linked to a handful of others near communities in the same area.

The latest happened Tuesday, July 10, just before 6pm. A woman was riding her bike on a trail near 102 Avenue and Churchill Crescent when she was attacked and assaulted.

She didn't suffer any major injuries.

Police used a canine unit and Air-1 to search for the suspect, but they didn't find anything.

The man police are after is described as white, between 30 and 45 years old, 5'10" to 6'0", shoulder length, short brown hair, and an average build.

Police say if you know anything, please call them at 780-423-4567.

This could be the same suspect in a handful of attacks spanning between the Gold Bar, McNally, Dawson and Muttart Conservatory areas. (lk)
