Sawyer Robison is released on bail

Sawyer Clarke Robison is being released on bail, but must follow strict conditions.

He was released from custody at 5pm Friday evening.

On February 7th, 2012, members of the Killam RCMP attended Robison's residence to execute a search warrant. An exchange of gunfire occurred resulting in the death of Bradford Clarke and two RCMP officers sustaining gunshot wounds. Robison was arrested 3 days later and is facing 15 criminal code offenses.

Conditions of his release include, remaining in his residence from 21:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs.

Robison must also not have access to any firearms or ammunition of his own, or anyone else who resides on the property.

Robison is permitted to travel on any public road, but cannot enter the corporate limits of the Town of Sedgewick, or the Town of Killam. (unless driving right through Killam without stopping)

The RCMP will monitor Mr. Robison, to ensure he is following these conditions.
