630 CHED’s INSIDE STORY has been awarded the highest honour in Canadian Radio; The Canadian Association of Broadcasters “Gold Ribbon Award” as Best Information Program in Canada. The documentary “Remembering the Fallen Four” was judged against entries from all major markets across Canada. The award represents a rare “three-peat” for the Inside Story. This same documentary series was similarly honoured in 2006 and 2004 for programs on Suicide and Crystal Meth. “Remembering the Fallen Four” also received regional and national recognition from the Canadian Radio and Television News Directors Association earlier this year.
THE INSIDE STORY is proud to have been awarded The Alberta Solicitor General Award for Excellence in Broadcasting and several Regional and National RTNDA (Radio and Television News Directors Association) Awards for In-Depth Investigative Journalism.
