The Edmonton Oilers have signed restricted free agent defenceman Theo Peckham to a one-year deal worth $1.075-million.
Peckham, 24, had a goal and two assists in 54 games last season. He had career highs in 2010-11 with 13 points and 198 penalty minutes.
Peckham was drafted by the Oilers 75th overall in 2006. (jrw)
