POLICE TAKE BITE OUT OF CRIME

Police were waiting and watching when two young thugs responsible for a robbery spree in south Edmonton started looking for new victims. Over the past few days, the pair strong-armed at least six people and stole iPods, cell phones, cash and other personal items in the area between 53rd Avenue and 39th Avenue and west from 106th Street to 108th Street. When they showed up last night, police collared them both. In north division, a policeman following up an armed robbery of a 7-11 near 127th and 127th Wednesday night arrived moments after the robber showed up for second helpings. The guy was busted on two counts of robbery.
