Usually Rexall Place place is filled with thousands of screaming hockey fans or concert-goers.

But, in less than three weeks, a proposed high-voltage power line will be the big draw.

Responsible Electricity Transmission for Albertans will be holding its largest town hall meeting so far to talk about concerns over the Heartland Transmission Project.

John Kristensen with RETA thinks the Stelmach government is starting to come around to the idea of burying the line and says Alberta Energy is now conducting an undergroud feasibility study.

The new power lines are designed to bring power to growing industry near Fort Saskatchewan. (BD, ccg)
