The Oilers have signed forward Taylor Hall to a seven-year contract extension worth $42-million.
Hall, 20, is going into the final year of his entry level contract. His new deal will kick in next season.
In two seasons with the Oilers, Hall has 95 points in 126 games. The team took him first overall in the 2010 NHL draft. (jrw)
