Edmonton Eskimos defensive back Ronnie Prude has been released from hospital.
Prude was injured in the third quarter of Edmonton's 28-20 win over the Saskatchewan Roughriders Friday after lowering his head to make a hit.
"After a lengthy evaluation Friday night, Ronnie was released from the hospital around midnight. His playing status this week will be determined by our medical and coaching staffs," says general manager Eric Tillman in a statement. (ks)
