The Oilers have signed Oil Kings left-winger Kristians Pelss to a three-year entry level contract.
Pelss, 19, is in his second season with the Oil Kings. He has 83 points in 126 regular season games.
Pelss played for Latvia at the last two world junior tournaments. He was taken by the Oilers in the seventh round of the 2010 draft. (jrw)
