Edmonton Oil Kings netminder Laurent Brossoit has been named Canadian Hockey League Goaltender of the Week.
Brossoit posted a 2-0 record which included a shutout win last week, he posted a goals against average of 0.50 and a save percentage of .980.
The Oil Kings eliminated the Brandon Wheat Kings last week in four games to advance to the Eastern Conference Final beginning Friday night against the Moose Jaw Warriors from Rexall Place.
