The Edmonton Eskimos have signed import defensive back Niles Brinkley and import wide receiver Syndric Steptoe.
Brinkley played college ball at the University of Wisconsin where he registered 126 tackles, and two quarterback sacks. He led the team in pass breakups during his senior year.
Steptoe was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2007 and played 16 career games catching 19 passes for 182 yards. He played in the UFL in 2010. He played college football at Arizona.
