If you've got a few hours of free time on your plate, why not volunteer with Edmonton's Meals of Wheels.
Volunteers are needed every weekday to make deliveries around the city and to work in the kitchen preparing meals.
The organization's Kerryn North says for some of the clients, it is more than just a food delivery. "There is alot more that our volunteers do that we don't know about, like take out the garbage or change a light bulb because of the trusted relationship they have with the client."
Hundreds of people across the city depend on the daily services provided by Meals on Wheels.
Jobs are varied and flexible.
