RCMP are looking for suspects after a teenage girl says she was abducted from the Grunthal area and sexually assaulted on Aug. 12.
RCMP say the victim told them she was riding her bike around 7 o'clock in the evening when she was taken by three men in a red Honda Civic, driven to a secluded area about 15 minutes from Grunthal and seriously sexually assaulted.
She says she was then driven to Highway 1 and dropped off. RCMP found her walking along the highway near Deacon's Corner the next day.
RCMP say no similar reports have been made and it appears to be an isolated incident. They say they are taking the report very seriously.
Suspect Descriptions:
- Suspect #1 has long blond hair, piercing on left ear, beard, hazel eyes, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans
- Suspect #2 has brown, short, scruffy hair, has a mustache wearing a red shirt and blue jeans
- Suspect #3 has brown hair, green eyes, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans
The attackers were unknown to her.
