Winnipeg Crime Stoppers is partnering with PAW Tipsters, a non-profit charitable organization started by two sisters, to encourage people to report animal abuse.
Yvonne Russell says PAW Tipsters will raise money to pay out the tips for Crimestoppers. Crimestoppers will take the calls on their 786-TIPS line and forward tips to be investigated.
