The powers that be are doing what's required to get the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg done. Premier Greg Selinger tells CJOB..the Federal government is contributing an interest free loan of 35-million dollars, the Friends of the Museum are arranging private financing, and the Provinical government is providing a guarantee on that money up to 35-million repayable in ten years. Selinger says the project will increase economic activity in Manitoba by 58-million dollars a year:
The museum is scheduled to open in 2014.
