Manitoba farmers supporting proposed North Dakota fertilizer plant

Manitoba farmers will have a seat on the board of directors of a new farmer-owned fertilizer plant being proposed in North Dakota.  Keystone Agriculture Producers President Doug Chorney says the billion-dollar project has already moved from the feasibility stage to the planning stage.  Chorney says Manitoba farmers are supporting the project because they're frustrated with the high price of fertilizer.
