Winnipeg City Council wrapped up for the summer break Wednesday by reducing the speed limit for school zones and amending the Sunday and holiday shopping bylaw.
Councillor Russ Wyatt also tells CJOB council approved 2 dollars an hour for parking in most parts of downtown and approval was given to go ahead with expansion of the Convention Centre.
