By 2015 Transcona commuters and industrial drivers in the area will get a smoother run down Plessis Road as the underpass and road widening should be completed by then.
Councilor Russ Wyatt says the city is putting in 27 million dollars of the 77 million dollar project. The Province and Feds are splitting the rest.
