Property owners in Winnipeg are reminded your annual tax bill is due this Friday. There are penalties for late payment. 213 thousand reminders have been sent out. Among the many ways of paying is a driveby set-up at James and King tomorrow through Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. No cash though payment by cheque or money order only.
