The three levels of government will announce about 150 million dollars for a massive upgrade to the Winnipeg Convention Centre this afternoon.
Mayor Sam Katz tells CJOB it will almost double in size...
Katz says the city is putting in 52.5 million dollars. The province is putting in about the same and Ottawa is in for 46 million.
