There is a large police presence this hour on Pandora in Transcona. A police spokesperson tells CJOB officers are executing a warrant there and have some streets and lanes blocked off. Remember, these things often look worse than they are. There are standard operating procedures that must be followed to guarantee officer safety and ensure the operation is carried out peacefully.
