Canada's unemployment held steady at 7.3 per cent last month. While Manitoba's rate fell from 5.3 to 5.1 percent, economist John McCallum tells CJOB, when you dig deeper the news isn't all good:
McCallum says losing 400 full time jobs in a year in Manitoba when Canada gained 192-thousand does not bode well.
