Luka Rocco Magnotta is now in police hands. The man wanted on five charges including first degree murder in the death of a Concordia University student has been arrested in Berlin. It happened around 2 in the afternoon, German time. His first court appearance will be tomorrow. Jun Lin's torso was found in a suitcase tossed in a Montreal alley last week. Other body parts, a hand and foot, were mailed to Liberal and Conservative offices in Ottawa.
