The Food Development Centre in Portage la Prairie has added some specialized equipment so it can accomodate even more clients.. with a broader range of services. Margaret Hughes of Best Cooking Pulses tells CJOB, the Centre has been a huge help negotiating regulatory requirements:
A 7.74 million dollar expansion added 18-thousand square feet to the facility.
