The City of Winnipeg is putting in a separate dedicated cycling lane on Pembina Highway this July. It will run along Pembina between Chevrier and Plaza Drive. Janice Lukes of the Winnipeg Trails Association tells CJOB this bike lane will be one you won't miss:
Lukes says Winnipeg has never seen this type of cycling infrastructure before. It will be the first of many more to come.
