Manitoba's Labour Management Review Committee is recommending Sunday Shopping hours be extended by 3 hours.
Committee Chair Michael Werier (WHERE-ier) says any changes would stil depend on municipalities changing their bylaws. The comittee is also recommending retail workers have the right to refuse to work on Sundays...provided they give 14 days notice to employers.
