The Crown has dropped two perjury charges against former East St Paul police chief Harry Bakema
Bakema is still on trial for obstruction of justice and criminal breach of trust after allegedly tampering with the investigation into the death of Crystal Taman. Lawyers for both sides delivered closing arguments Thursday morning.
