The off-duty police officer who hit Crystal Taman's car from behind, killing her in 2005, testified at former East St. Paul police chief, Harry Bakema's perjury trial today.
Global's Lorraine Nickel reports Derek Harvey-Zenk was grilled by the Crown but he wasn't on the stand long...
A 2008 public inquiry heard Bakema did not give Harvey-Zenk a sobriety test and told other officers to change their notes.
