Scores of people attended an open house Wednesday night to look at three designs for a new Pembina Highway underpass at Jubilee..
City traffic engineers want to get more traffic through the underpass more quickly and all the proposed designs would make the underpass three lanes wide..
There was mixed reaction to the designs.. One includes a pedestrian - cyclist overpass.
Construction costs are in the 45 million to 80 million dollar range and it could take as long as three years to build..
Results from the consultation meetings will be forwarded to a city committee before any final decision is made..
