Child advocates and legal experts are in an uproar over what unfolded Tuesday in a Winnipeg court.
Former Winnipeg Police officer Richard Dow pleaded guilty to 11 counts of sexual assaults...two of which involved 17 year old girls. The 58 year old Dow was initially facing 27 charges but the the other charges were dropped.
And Child Advocate Rosalind Prober told Global News that was a shock..
As for Dow He will remain free on bail until sentencing August 24th.
