Canada now has a mental health strategy. Offically launched Tuesday morning in Ottawa, Chris Summerville of the Manitoba Schizophrenia Society tells CJOB, it's a multi-pronged approach designed to make a big difference:
The Mental Health Commission of Canada's blueprint for change is aimed at governments, health providers, workplaces, social services providers and the criminal justice system. It calls for billions of dollars to be invested.
