The Winnipeg Police Service has issued an arrest warrant for 33-year old Brian Stanley Woytowich. Woytowich is wanted in connection with a police investigation into a number of commercial break-ins. Police say numberous communication businesses have been targed, a large quantity of merchandise stolen. Woytowich is described as Caucasian, about 6 foot 4, 200 pounds.
