CAA Manitoba has wrapped up it's Worst Roads Campaign, and St. James Street in Winnipeg was the runaway winner. Three highways made the top ten. Coming in at number two was Highway 21 south of Brandon. The Trans Canada Highway got a mention as did Highway 10. Other Winnipeg streets to make the "worst roads" list... Marion, Molson Street, Route 90, and McGillvary. Liz Peters of CAA told CJOB during the campaign, many CAA members were siting St. James street not only because of the condition of the road, but because of the congestion and poor traffic management infrastructure.
