RCMP Headingley Traffic Service say the North Perimete Highway between Highway 59 and Henderson is down to one westbound lane. A semi experienced mechanical difficulties resulting in some oil on the Highway currently being cleaned up. Traffic flow is expected to be restored in the next couple of hours.
