Saint Vital shopping centre is getting ten million dollars worth of renovations.
One of the busiest malls in the city will have new flooring and new furniture.. There will also be the addition of two more sky-lights. The last renovation was done in 1998.
Retail competition in Winnipeg is fierce and the renovations are the cost of doing business..
With IKEA scheduled to open next year and Target stores taking over many of the Zeller's operations in the city experts say the mall had to make the upgrades to stay competitive..
