Winnipeg Police Chief Keith McCaskill says the service is searching for a new pilot for it's helicopter, "Air One".
McCaskill admitted the helicopter hasn't been in the air as much as police wanted because 2 pilots have left the force.
There have also been reports of maintenance issues.
The chopper has helped in the arrest of over 100 suspects since taking flight last year.
