Damage from a fire in the 300 block of Martin Avenue West Tuesday night was estimated at 30 thousand dollars..
There was damage to three properties on the block. The fire apparently started in a garage just after 10:30 pm and spread to a fence. A vehicle was also damaged.
There were no injuries and the cause is under investigation..
