A new hotel chain is coming to Winnipeg.
The Hampton Inn Winnipeg Airport will become a new option for travellers in and out of Winnipeg next year.
The six-storey hotel will be located on Berry Street between Sargent and Wellington, just blocks from the airport. It will have 135 rooms, a salt water pool and free hot breakfasts.
Sargent Berry Hospitality will operate the hotel - this is the group's first Manitoba venture. It operates several hotels in Ontario.
The hotel is expected to generate 35 new jobs when it opens early next year.
