Heidi Graham of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority told CJOB the buildings closed as a result of the leak were all re-opened early Wednesday evening.. When the leak occured People were evacuated because of the fumes, and the surrounding air vents to the hospital and adjacent buildings were blocked.
