Vancouver Police are now confirming what we have been reporting.
The victim of yesterday's shooting in Port Moody is 34-year-old Randynesh Raman Naicker, a convicted kidnapper and founder of the Independent Soldiers gang.
Naicker was gunned down in a parking lot on Queen's street at 445 p-m.
It wasn't the first time he's had a target on his back.
Naicker was once the target of killers while at a Vancouver half-way house.
