Nelson Search and Rescue have recovered the body of the first person to have been killed by floods in BC this year.
The body of a 72-year old man was recovered from Goose Creek in the Crescent Valley near Nelson Sunday.
It's believed that on Saturday, the man may have been out checking a bridge that leads to his property, and the bridge was washed away.
