Autopsy pending in suspicious death on Bowen Island

We'll likely have to wait until tomorrow for details about human remains found Friday on Bowen Island.

Police have not confirmed the death was murder, but it is suspicious.

An autopsy is expected to determine the cause, as well as how long the body had been decomposing before the discovery by the owner of the five-acre property.

That examination will be done tomorrow.

Investigators still haven't said if the body was male or female.

They don't believe it is Jodi Henrickson, the 17-year old girl who disappeared in June of 2009 under suspicious circumstances.
