Toronto Police have laid a number of charges linked to a sexual assault investigation.
Police allege a 14 year old girl arranged to meet up with one of the accused back on August 3.
Upon the encounter, two other men were present, and proceeded to bring the girl to a home on Coxwell Ave.
At the house, it's alleged all three sexually assaulted the victim numerous times.
23 year old Richard Wayner, 22 year old Michael Pottle, and a 16 year old boy, are facing sexual assault and assault charges, along with forcible confinement.
