A couple of major TTC improvement projects will affect a number of streetcar routes across Toronto starting this weekend.
501 Queen service resumes to the Beach, however because of work at Queen & Connaught, streetcars will divert in both directions using Queen, Broadview, Gerrard and Coxwell to route.
503 Kingston Road Trippers will resume, however a replace bus for the 502 McCaul route will continue to loop downtown due to ongoing construction at McCaul Loop.
509 Harbourfront streetcars will also disappear starting on July 29, due to the revitalization on Queen's Quay west, with a bus running the entire route between Union Station and Exhibition Loop.
The replacement buses will be in place through to spring 2013.
