The courts have given the green light for victims of the Sunrise Propane blast to file their lawsuit.
It was almost four years ago when an employee was killed after the Sunrise distribution plant near Downsview exploded.
About 12 thousand people were forced out of their homes.
The blast caused close to 25 million dollars in property damage.
The class action lawsuit is seeking several hundred million dollars from the company, its suppliers and the Technical Standards and Safety Authority.
