Toronto Police have laid charges in Monday's deadly shooting incident in Scarborough.
19 year-old Nahob Tsegazab faces a charge of reckless discharge of a firearm.
Police tell AM 640 Tsegazab was one of 23 people injured during the attack and his charges relate to the others victims who were injured, not the two who died.
He's been remanded into custody.
