A 24 year old man has died in hospital, after being pulled from the water at Bluffer's Park.
Shortly before 4:00 Thursday afternoon, the victim was reported missing during a 911 call.
It was reported to the dispatcher, that the victim had weak swimming skills.
Rescue crews found the man at the rocks, suffering from life-threatening injuries.
